COCOMO Reservation Deposit Refund Policy
Your $20 USD payment is a reservation deposit for COCOMO, not the full purchase price of the physical product.
30-Day Refund Window
You may cancel your reservation and request a full refund of your deposit within 30 calendar days of the deposit payment date.
How to Request a Refund
Email account@ludensai.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
No physical product is shipped with this reservation, so you do not need to return an item.
Refund Method
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunding your deposit cancels the corresponding reservation.
This policy applies to reservation deposits only. Return and refund terms for any subsequent purchase of a physical product will be provided before that purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
