COCOMO Reservation Terms

This storefront offers COCOMO reservations under the Ludens AI brand. These terms apply to reservation deposits purchased through this store. The store is hosted on Shopify.

Reservation Deposit

Each $20 USD deposit reserves one COCOMO. The deposit is not the full purchase price of the physical product and does not guarantee a specific shipping date.

The quantity selected at checkout determines the number of reservations purchased.

Pricing and Reservation Benefits

The deposit amount and total payable are displayed at checkout. Reservation benefits are described on the product page.

“Up to 40% off” refers to the maximum advertised discount and does not mean that every purchase receives a 40% discount. The applicable offer and final product purchase details will be provided before you decide whether to complete that purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your reservation and request a full refund within 30 calendar days of paying your deposit. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions.

Shipping

No physical product is shipped as part of the deposit transaction. Delivery information for any subsequent product purchase will be provided separately.

Customer Rights
